Infographic: How Elden Ring Took Over YouTube - Interest

Even Grand Theft Auto V at number two only had 54% of Elden Ring’s total viewed.

Earlier this week YouTube Gaming posted an infographic showing how popular Elden Ring was on the streaming site for the first two months after its release.

Elden Ring had by far the highest number of views compared to the other games listed. Even Grand Theft Auto V at number two only had 54% of Elden Ring’s total viewed. The other four list games were all less than 50% – with Skyrim with only 13% of Elden Ring’s total.

Boss’s uploads aren’t too surprising. Margit is the first really tough boss players are likely to encounter, especially for low level players who just followed the plot and didn’t do any extra dungeons. Malenia, on the other hand, is often considered not only the toughest boss in Elden Ring but also the hardest boss in all “Soulsborne” titles. For the rest, Godrick is in charge at the end of the first main dungeon, while Radahn is arguably the game’s most epic battle, not to mention great difficulty during the middle of the game. The only real surprise is the Draconic Tree Sentinel. While it’s a sticking point for many (as it blocks the door to the second half of the game), the graphic on the infographic is of the normal Tree Sentinel – sitting just outside the tutorial to teach new players the folly of attacking each monster they see. Maybe because they have similar names, they accidentally rolled into a single entry?

On uploads by character class, it’s also largely what you’d expect as a Elden Ring fan. Samurai is largely considered the best of the early game melee classes thanks to weapons like the Moonveil Katana and Rivers of Blood. Meanwhile, the Hero is good for building starting power, while the Wretch is the game’s most challenging start. And as for Astrologer, that’s the best class for making magical structures.

And as for their “Elden Lord Awards”, as someone who has played the game obsessively, I can recommend you check out all those channels.
